Explore the body

  1. Start with the full body. Click a body area or choose one from Explore.
  2. Drag to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom. Hold Shift while dragging to pan.
  3. Click an amber point on the figure or map. The catalogue and point picker also work with a keyboard.
  4. Amber shows the selected traditional organ or body association. Coral shows a separate pain illustration chosen under Pain / sensation spread.
  5. Choose Body link ↩ to return to the full figure, or Show full connection to fit the selected connection.

Use Leg side for the lateral leg view. The pain examples describe possible regional patterns; they do not predict what pressing a reflex point will do.

A visual way to explore

EnergyBead brings body exploration, traditional reflexology maps and pain education into one interactive atlas.

This preview contains 77 named regions across 17 foot, hand, ear and face surfaces. The maps represent different traditions, with their sources shown beside the selected point.

Point locations, internal body targets and animated connections are schematic. Ear anatomy uses a subdivided human mesh; the point overlays have not been clinically validated.

Reflexology's proposed effects on linked organs are not scientifically established. This atlas is educational and does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.

Body and ear geometry derives from the CC0 MakeHuman base mesh. Reflexology associations are independently presented from the named teaching sources; their original chart artwork is not reproduced.

Sources include the American Reflexology Certification Board's foot and hand maps, an archived Chatcolab ear chart set, and the illustrated Tengbjerg face-reflexology teaching chart. Pain examples link to NHS information. Source details are available for every map.
